Ingredients
Loin of Pork (1)
salt
pepper
ground mustard (1 tbsp.)
chili powder (1/2 tbsp.)
fresh rosemary
garlic (3 cloves, minced)
olive oil (~3 tbsp. but enough to make it a rub, not liquid)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Put loin of pork on a baking pan.
In a mixing cup, add ground mustard, chili powder, garlic, and oil. Mix to make a rub.
Lather loin of pork in the rub. Then season with salt and pepper. Top with fresh rosemary.
Bake the pork loin for 25-30 min depending on thickness.
Remove from oven, slice, serve and enjoy! I usually put with potatoes and string beans!
