White flour
Capers
lemon

white wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken very thin - the thinner the better! Slice into desired size pieces.
In a dish, add flour, salt and pepper - enough to cover the plate. Dip the chicken into flour and cover. Separately, squeeze lemons into a cup to use later.
Add butter and oil into a pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Add battered chicken. Cook all the way through on either side. Add lemon, white wine, and capers to the pan and let it cook for 30 seconds-1 minute. Then move the chicken into a baking dish and continue process until all chicken is cooked.
Cover baking dish with tin foil and bake in the oven at least 15 minutes, but the longer the better, just be sure to keep it covered so it doesnt dry out!
