Chili Dogs

(45 min, but the longer you cook the Chili, the more delicious it is!)


Ingredients

Ground Pork (1lb)

Ground chop meat (2lb)

Black beans (1 small can)

Yellow onion (2)

Diced canned tomatoes (1 large can)

Jalapeño (1)

Canned green chilis (1)

Dried Chile Guajillo (optional)

any chili mix (2 packages)

chopped garlic (2 cloves)

salt

pepper

olive oil

Hot Dogs

Hot Dog Buns

Kraft mac'n cheese


Chop onion and jalapeño.

Add olive oil to bowl, add onion, chopped garlic, jalapeño, salt and pepper and let sautée for a bit.

Add pork and chop meat and chop as small as you desire with your spatula. Cook until pinkish/brown.

Add canned tomatoes, black beans, canned green chilis. Cook for a bit then add chili mix and dried Chile.

Cook on simmer for as long as you can! The longer you cook it the better.


While Chili is cooking, grill or boil or sauté hot dogs.

Make Mac n' cheese.


When hot dogs and Chili are ready, put the hot dogs in a hot dog bun, using a spoon top the dogs with chili, then finish off with a sprinkle of mac n' cheese.


Serve and enjoy!
