Ingredients
Corn (14 oz)
Tomatoes (3)
Avocado (2)
Red Onion (1)
Jalapeno (1/2-1 depending on how spicy you want it)
Feta Cheese (~5oz)
Lime (1)
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder
cilantro
Chop tomatoes.
Dice Avocado.
Finely chop onion.
Deseed and Finely chop Jalapeno.
Pour corn into a serving bowl. Add the tomatoes, avocado, onion, and jalapeno. Crumble feta on top. Mix it all together.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and add olive oil and the juice from one lime. Mix it all together. Add a few sprigs of cilantro.
Serve and enjoy!
