Ingredients
Cucumber
Hummus
Kalamata Olives
Cherry tomatoes
salt
pepper
Slice cucumber into bites, about 1cm thick.
Using a plastic bag, put heaping amount of hummus into plastic bag and squeeze towards the bottom. Then cut a small hole on one of the bottom corners. Now you have made a pipette for the hummus!
Squeeze the hummus on top of all the cuucmbers.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Quarter the kalamata olives.
Add one cherry tomato and one olive on top of each hummus spread cucumber. Repeat for each cucumber slice.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper on top.
Serve and Enjoy!
