(prep, 10 min; let season overnight, cook 2 hours)
Ingredients
Pork Baby Back Ribs (1 rack)
BBQ seasoning (any! your fav! 1 container)
oil
Use the whole bottle of seasoning. Mix in a bowl with oil to make a paste. Rub the paste all over the Ribs.
(Best if you wrap ribs in saran wrap and tinfoil and let sit overnight in the fridge, but not necessary!)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Remove saran wrap and use the tinfoil you covered the ribs in to go over your baking pan and have the ribs cook open in the oven for 2 hours. If the meat looks like its pulling away from the bone - it's ready!
