(45 min)
Ingredients
Pizza dough
Genoa salami (sliced thin)
mozzarella cheese (sliced)
provolone cheese (sliced)
grated pecorino cheese
egg
sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Stretch out pizza dough over a baking pan. Down the middle of the baking pan, line with sliced genoa salami. Add layer of sliced provolone cheese over the salami. Then add another layer of salami. Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the salami. Sprinkle grated pecorino cheese on top.
Fold the ends of the dough in on either side. Fold one long side over to cover the ends and the inside ingredients. Then fold the other side over that and tuck it in all over, slightly shaping between your hands to form the bread shape.
Scramble an egg. Lather the bread with the egg all over (you will NOT use all the egg, just enough to cover it). Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Lastly, add oil between the bread and the pan to avoid sticking. Put in oven and let bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Once done baking, remove from the oven and let it sit for at least 5 minutes before slicing!
