Ginger Soy Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

Mahi-Mahi fish

snow peas

soy sauce

chili paste

sesame seeds

garlic

ginger

pepper

sesame oil

cous cous




Peel and finely chop ginger.

In a mixing bowl, add fish and toss with soy sauce, chili paste, sesame seeds and pepper.


While fish is marinating, add a splash of sesame oil into a pan, put on medium high heat, and add the snow peas. Season with pepper, chopped garlic and sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes, mixing around as it cooks, and then remove from pan. Do not wipe pan clean.


In same pan, add a bit more sesame oil if necessary, then add the fish into the pan and cook for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side).


While fish is cooking, follow directions for cous cous.


On a dish place cous cous, then snow peas, and top with fish. Serve and enjoy!
