Ingredients
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
feta cheese
Kalamata olives
oil
salt
pepper
oregano
toothpicks/skewers
Chop cucumbers into desired sized cubes (I usually slice fairly thick into circles, and then quarter the circles).
Stack cucumber, feta, tomato, olive on top of each other on the skewer.
Arrange on serving dish.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano on top and drizzle with oil.
