Ingredients
Chicken (4)
jar of apricot preserves (1)
sour cream (16 oz)
butter (1 stick)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine apricot preserves, sour cream, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
Prepare chicken in baking dish.
Pour apricot mixture over chicken.
Bake chicken for 40 minutes (give or take depending on thickness of the chicken breast).
Serve over rice with a side of string beans!
