Ingredients
Russet Potato
Broccoli
Bacon
shredded cheddar cheese
oil
salt
pepper
butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cover outside of the potato in oil and season with salt. Put in oven for 50 minutes.
While potato is cooking, chop broccoli and make bacon in a pan. I like my bacon crispy.
In a different pan, butter the pan and add the broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly cook the broccoli and add your desired amount of extra butter. Keep stirring the broccoli until cooked to your desired done-ness. I like mine to still be crunchy, so it only takes about 5-7 minutes.
Once bacon is done, chop into small pieces.
When potato is done, cut in half long ways, and then into thirds short ways. Push down on the long end sides to pop potato open. Add desired amount of butter to the potato, then add the broccoli, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
