Mayo, Mozz, and Sage Panko Chicken

(40 minutes)

Ingredients

Chicken

Panko breadcrumbs

shredded mozzarella

fresh sage

Mayo (1 tbsp/ piece of chicken)

salt

pepper

garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Lather chicken in Mayo.


In a mixing bowl, add a healthy amount of panko breadcrumbs. Add 1:4 ratio of shredded mozz to the panko. Season with salt and pepper.


Take the lathered chicken and dip it in the mixing bowl. Batter all parts of the chicken on both sides. Then put on a baking pan. Repeat until all chicken is breaded and on baking pan.


Finely dice fresh sage. Sprinkle desired amount of sage onto the chicken.


Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.


Serve and enjoy!
