Chicken

Thyme
Garlic
(White wine optional)
Broccoli
Near East, Rice Pilaf
Start rice before you start anything else, it takes the most time. Follow Near East Rice Pilaf cooking directions (takes about 25min).
Wash chicken.
Mix in bowl with salt, pepper, olive oil, thyme, and garlic. Season to your liking. Oil should just be enough to lightly cover all the chicken.
Heat pan, add chicken. Each side should take ~5min. Add white wine to deglaze pan and add flavoring if you would like! If you don't want to use white wine then just add a bit more olive oil to the pan before putting the chicken in so it doesn't stick.
Chop broccoli.
Put tin foil on baking sheet for easy clean up.
Toss Broccoli on baking sheet with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees until slightly crisp (about 15 min).
