Broccolirabe
Chicken broth

grated cheese (optional)
Take the sausage out of its casing and break up into small pieces.
Chop broccolirabe into desired size.
Add a bit of oil to the bottom of a pot then add the sausage and break up into tiny pieces. Once sausage is brownish-pink add a bit of chicken broth to deglaze the bottom of the pot.
Add chopped broccolirabe to the pot. Add a bit more chicken broth to desired amount. (More for soupier, less for drier). Then add salt and pepper.
Cover pot with lid and then separately cook the pasta.
Add sausage and broccolirabe to cooked pasta and mix together. Top with grated cheese!
