Ingredients
Chicken (thin sliced)
olive oil
garlic powder
salt
oregano
pepper
tomatoes
cucumber
feta
Kalamata olives (pitted)
On high heat, on a skillet or a nonstick pan, add a tbsp. of olive oil. Let the skillet get very hot. Then season with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Let cook for 30 seconds-1minute. Then add the chicken.
Let each side of chicken cook for 6-8 minutes (depending on thickness of the chicken). The edges of the chicken should be white before you flip.
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into 1 in pieces.
Slice pitted Kalamata olives in half.
Put it all in a salad serving bowl.
Chop feta into small pieces or use crumbled feta, add into the bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Add splashes of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Toss all together!
Slice chicken into pieces, lay over salad.
Serve and enjoy!
