(35 min)
Chicken (2 lbs)
Honey (2 tbsp.)
Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup)
Olive oil (2 tbsp.)
salt
pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl add balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp. of oil, and honey and season with salt and pepper. Mix all together until honey is all mixed in.
Add the chicken into the mixing bowl and mix it all around until fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In a pan add a touch of oil, and turn the heat on high. Let the pan heat up so the oil is bubbling a little bit. Then add the chicken into the pan. Be careful, it might pop a bit because it is so hot. Cook the chicken on one side for 1 minute. Pour out any excess water or oil in the pan while keeping the chicken in the pan. Then flip the chicken over and cook for another minute.
Remove chicken from the pan (just the outside will be cooked, the inside will still be raw!!). Place the chicken in a baking pan. Place in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes (if you like thin slicked chicken it might be closer to 10 minutes in the oven).
Remove from oven, serve over rice or whatever you choose!
