Peach & Burrata Bruschetta topped with Jalapeno

Ingredients

Bread toasts*

Jalapeno

Peaches

Fresh Burrata cheese


Dice peaches into small pieces.

In a pan, on medium heat, cook for 1-2 minutes, until they are SLIGHTLY softened, not too soft. Error on the side of under cooking not over cooking. Let cool for at least 10 minutes.


Slice jalapenos into skinny slices.

Cut burrata into small pieces - a bit smaller than the toasts.


On the toast, add the burrata, then the peaches, then the jalapeno.


Put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving.


Serve and enjoy!


To Bread Toasts: Slice bread into 1in thick circles. Place on baking pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
