Ingredients
Genoa Salami
Cheddar Cheese
Pesto
mayonnaise
butter

Cook sliced salami on pan until a bit crispy.
Take salami out and then butter pan.
Put small amount of mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread and face it down on the pan.
On one piece of bread, add pesto spread on the other side facing up in the pan.
Then add cheddar cheese to both sides facing up. Let cook a bit. Then add salami on one side facing up and top with the other side of bread.
Press the sandwich down continuously until cheese has fully melted and sandwich is desired golden brown.
