Ingredients
Stuffed peppers (prosciutto/provolone)
Roasted red peppers
Kalamata olives (pitted)
Romaine Lettuce
salt
pepper
oregano
garlic powder
oil
balsamic vinegar
Chop lettuce into desired size.
Quarter stuffed peppers.
Chop roasted red peppers into desired size.
Halve Kalamata olives.
Toss everything together in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder. Then add oil and balsamic vinegar.
Mix together - and serve!
