(20-25 min)
Ingredients
salmon
bok choy
pepper
garlic powder
sesame seeds
soy sauce
cous cous*
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Marinate the salmon with pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
Cut the bok choy in half long ways. Season with pepper, garlic, oil, and soy sauce. Put on a baking pan. Put in the oven, cook for 5-7 minutes.
On medium heat, add a bit of oil to the pan and then add the salmon. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cook for about 3 minutes and flip. Sprinkle again with sesame seeds. Let cook to desired temperature. Well done usually takes 10-12 minutes total depending on thickness of the cut, so start checking 3 min after you flip the fish to see how raw you want the inside to be.
Boil water and make cous cous after you have flipped the fish over the first time (takes only 5 min)
