I like to pair mine with broccoli and white rice.
Broccoli Ingredients
Broccoli
garlic (2 cloves, minced)
ginger (1 tbsp.)
Chop broccoli into flowerets.
Finely dice ginger.
Mince garlic.
In the same pan you cooked the chicken, with the leftover sauce, add the broccoli, ginger, and garlic. Mix it well in the pan. Then cover pan with a top and let the broccoli steam for 2 minutes.
Serve with the chicken over rice and enjoy!
