Spinach Salad w/ Pecans and Strawberries

Ingredients

Spinach

Strawberries

Pecans

brown sugar

butter

salt

pepper

oil

red wine vinegar


Melt butter completely. Take pecans and fully coat them in butter. Roll pecans in brown sugar. Put pecans in pan on medium high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Just enough to make them a little roasty.

Slice strawberries.


Put strawberries, pecans, spinach into a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, oil, and red wine vinegar.
