Ingredients
1lb brussel sprouts
Lemon (1)
olive oil
salt
peper
cherry tomatoes
parmesan cheese
Cut off the ends of the brussel sprouts. Then thinly slice.
Place sliced brussel sprouts into salad bowl.
Squeeze one lemon on top. Sprinkle a healthy amount of olive oil on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Shave a generous amount of parmesan cheese on top. Mix all together!
Serve and enjoy!
