Super Simple Seared Scallops


(5 minutes)

Ingredients

Scallops

butter

salt

pepper

garlic powder


Turn pan on medium-high to high heat.


Add a healthy amount of butter.


Season the pan with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.


When the butter starts to brown a bit, add the scallops.


Cook on one side for 2 minutes, then flip over, reduce heat to medium heat, and cook on the other side for another minute.


Serve and enjoy!
