Ingredients
Baby Potatoes
Fresh thyme (or dried!)
garlic (1 clove, minced)
salt
pepper
olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice potatoes in half.
On a baking pan, add potatoes, sprinkle olive oil all around, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Mix all together with your hands so that all the potatoes are coated with olive oil and seasoned.
Bake potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes.
When potatoes are done, sprinkle again with fresh thyme.
Serve and enjoy!
